Leadership Coaching Cohort Programs
Leaders at all levels of social impact organizations are dealing with unprecedented challenges, often leading to feelings of isolation and vulnerability in their roles. Peer Coaching Cohorts can help leaders address the challenges of the moment while developing a strong support network.
Coaching Cohort programs ranging from 3 to 6 provide opportunities for leaders at specific levels (CEO/ED, mid-level managers, emerging) to come together for learning, peer coaching, problem-solving, and relationship building. The Cohort program provides:
A safe, confidential space in which to discuss your leadership challenges
Colleagues who understand your unique role in your organization
A group of peers who can offer and receive support
Structured coaching from your colleagues and an experienced, accredited Leadership Coach
A time for concrete problem-solving
Skills, concepts, resources, and tools to support your leadership
Specific topics chosen by Cohort members (e.g., team development, culture change, Board management, meetings)
“I have found it imperative that the life line of a Executive Director include a peer group that is open to hearing, processing, and working through challenges! Dorel’s group provides just that- a safe space to explore challenges and talk through possible solutions. To have a group of peers that is lead by a experienced and passionate executive coach, one who truly understand the ups and downs of leadership, has been key to my success as a Executive Director!”
