Leadership Coaching
A leader’s ability to understand their own behaviors, motivations, and choices is crucial to their ability to lead effectively. We support leaders at all levels of an organization to lead with intention, courage, and compassion. Using a structured process in which leaders clarify their coaching goals, the coaching partnership creates a shared commitment to successful outcomes.
Leadership Coaching includes:
Initial interviews with key stakeholders and/or a Leadership Circle 360 assessment to establish a leader’s key strengths and areas for development.
A strengths assessment to help leaders identify and build upon their key talents in order to address professional challenges creatively and effectively, while tapping their most significant strengths for success.
Identifying clear, specific, and achievable coaching goals and strategies.
Coaching questions and observations that result in deeper insights about a leader’s perceptions, narratives, and behaviors, with the goal of increasing conscious choices.
Sharing relevant organizational development theories, models, and tools, and together identifying practical strategies to foster change.
Assessing progress, strategy implementation, and goals throughout the engagement.
