Leadership Development Programs

We create tailored leadership development programs for formal and informal leaders at all levels of an organization, ranging from several weeks to several years. These programs serve to grow and sustain leaders to effectively achieve your organization’s mission and goals.

The Leadership Development Program may include the following components:

  • Practical leadership skills including effective feedback (giving and receiving), employee development, and meeting facilitation.

  • Structured peer consultation that builds the coaching skills of program participants while providing support for effective practices.

  • Organizational development theories and models to enhance understanding of leading in systems.

  • A strengths-based approach that helps leaders identify and maximize existing strengths while developing potential growth areas.

By partnering with a Planning Committee comprised of program representatives, we ensure that each Leadership Development Program:

  • Is based on client-specific priorities.

  • Incorporates ongoing feedback on both program design and implementation.

  • Is enhanced and sustained by strategies that integrate leadership practices and development into the fabric of the organization long after the program has been completed.
