Martha Lask has over 25 years experience working at both local and national levels, and in the private and nonprofit sectors. Martha brings special expertise in executive coaching, small group mediation and facilitating dialogue across organizations, programs and supervisory levels. Her work is richly informed by this breadth of experience, helping her clients to understand how the strengths of each can benefit the other. She has developed an innovative approach to enhance consulting and coaching skills using Authentic Movement. Martha holds an MS in Organization Development from American University.
Nancie Zane Praxis Consulting Group, has worked with organizations in the not-for-profit and public sectors for over twenty years. Nancie works with organizations to help them achieve their goals by coaching diverse leadership teams, strengthening staff relationships, implementing effective strategic planning processes and increasing board capacity. Nancie teaches in the Advanced Management Program at Wharton as well as the Organizational Dynamics Program and the Nonprofit Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She currently serves on the national board of the Alliance for Non-profit Management.
